Ingredients

30 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 1/2 cupbesan (gram flour)
  • 3-4onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1/2 tspcoriander seeds(crushed)
  • 1Green Chill finely chopped
  • 1 tspcoriander leave finely chopped
  • 1 tbsprice Flour
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl.Except oil, add all the ingredients in it and make a pakora micture. Keep aside for rest 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok. Take 1 tablespoons of hot oil in a spoon and put it into pakora micture. Mix well.

  3. 3

    On medium flame fry all the pakora till they become crispy.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with chutney/sauce.
