Steps

Cut the sides of a big brinjal, insert garlic and chilli.

Cook it on direct heat.

Cut onions, tomatoes, green chilli and garlic.

Remove the burnt skin and smash the brinjal.

Heat oil in a pan. Add seeragum, red chillies. Fry them then add garlic and fry. Add green chillies, add the onion and fry well then add salt, tomatoes and cook well.

Add chilli power and dhaniya powder.

Add the brinjal mix well with water and cover it with a lid and cook.

Open the pan and serve with roti or rice.
