In a deep dish,put fillets and mix in pepper,herbs,salt,lemon juice,ginger/garlic paste and 2 tbsp cream.Mix well and keep in fridge overnight.

In grill pan,brush oil and cook fillets from both side on low flame until goolden brown,keep aside.

In same grilled pan,brush oil and grill all vegetables.Mix broth and let them cook on high flame.

In deep pan,heat oil,add ginger/garlic paste and cook after 2 mins add flour and cook on low flame until spread out fragrance.

Remove from heat and add milk,mix or blend with hand blender to smooth.

Put back on flame,add herbs,chicken cube water,pepper powderand cheese.

Add mushrooms and cook until become thick sauce.Add tin of cream.Remove from heat.

Heat grill serving dishes over flame,put them over their stands.Keep over cooked steaks,on other side put cooked vegetables and pour over hot white sauce.and serve.
