To make dough add all-purpose flour, besan, salt, hot oil and water as needed. Knead the dough. Let it rest aside.

Heat a pan and add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and grated coconut. Let it turn golden brown. Now add finely chopped and dry coriander leaves. Fry it for 3-4 mins. Turn off the flame

Add this mixture in blending jar and convert it into powdered form.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and sev. Blend it once again.

Now add sugar and blend once again.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Meanwhile take small part of dough and roll a thin roti. Spread the tamarind chutney over it leaving the sides. Spread the powdered mixture over it. Spread sev and roll a little bit.

Now roll the roti from one side. Touch the last part with water then roll and pack it. Cut it into even pieces.

Add to the pan and deep fry till golden brown. Bhakarwadi are ready to eat.
