Take rice and all the dal, mix them and wash them.

Add buttermilk and give it rest for 4 hours.

Now crush it (dardaru crush karvu).

Now add salt, chilli, ginger garlic paste, malai and coriander.

Mix it well. Now grease a plate with oil, now add soda in the batter and mix it. Then add the batter in the greased plate and sprinkle chilli powder.

Steam it for 10 minutes.

Now take a small kadai and turn on the flame and add oil, sesame seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves, let it cook and then pour it on the dhokla.

Now cut pieces and serve it with chutney.
