Warm the milk, add the salt, butter and the flour, mixing. Add the yolks and leave it aside

Whisk the egg white well and add it to the mix.

Heat the oil.

Put the mix in a plastic bag and cut the corner. Squeeze the mix in the oil drawing concentric circles. Cook both sides of the fritter until golden

Remove it from the pan, sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve it. It can be served with whipped cream and cranberry jam
