Firstly, heat the pan and add some oil, now add finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, ginger and green chillies. Saute it for 1 min

Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well and take it out in the bowl. Stuffing for momos is ready.

Now prepare the dough with maida.

Once dough is ready, make small balls of that dough, roll that bolls like small pooris and add 1 soon of momos stuffing. Cover this in kachori shape or whatever shape you want. Keep aside and make more of that momos.

Now steam this stuffed momos for 15 min.

After steamed, take out the momos and keep aside and start making marination for this

In marination, roast the besan on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add salt and some garam masala in to the besan and mix well.

Now add curd and mix well. If you need then you can add lil water.

Now marinate the steam momos in this marination.

Keep this marinated momos in refrigerator for 15 minutes

Now heat the pan and shallow fry the marinated momos nicely.

Once the momos shallow fried, it's ready to serve.

You can serve with ketchup or mayonese.
