Ingredients

  • For marination
  • 1 kgchicken
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspdark soya sauce
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • For slurry
  • 1/2 cupcorn flour
  • 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededWater
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate lollypop with all ingredients at least for 1 hour

    Make slurry with corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and red chilli powder add water....

    Heat oil..... Dip lollypop in slurry and put in hot oil... Fry till crisps
