Break the eggs in a bowl, add butter and salt and whisk them for a good 3-5 mins.

Add milk to the eggs and whisk them a bit more until they are blended.

Use a nonstick pan. Grease the pan with butter and put it in low flame.

Put the eggs in the pan and swirl it with a spatula rapidly.

Once the eggs are slightly cooked and still runny at places turn off the flame and let it cook in the pan for a minute or two while still.

Garnish the eggs with a few chopped mint leaves. Enjoy your eggs with a couple of toasts and a cup of coffee.
