Ingredients

  • 4potatoes
  • 1 tinbeans (of your choise)
  • 1shallot onion
  • Dressing
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • 1handfull of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut into pieces and boil until done. Put in a bowl together with beans and finely chopped shallots.

  2. 2

    Combine all of the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and pour over the potatoes. Mix well and serve, either on it's own or as a side.

    Enjoy!
