  • 2Alu
  • 1/2 tspZeera
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli flacks
  • Tomato 1 small
  • 2Green chilli
  • Coriander leaves few
  • 4 tbspOil
  • Salt as your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes skin and cut in slice

  2. 2

    Heat oil and zeera for frying and add potatoes,salt,red chilli flakes and add halt glass of water cook slow flame until tender

  3. 3

    In last add green chilli and coriander leaves and take 2 min dam and now ready to serve
