HOMEMADE Mango almond custard
Steps

In a medium bowl mix together sugar, corn flour, salt and food colour.

In another bowl beat egg and 2/3 cup milk and mango pulp.

Gradually add milk mixture over the corn flour mixture and whisk to dissolve well.

Then heat the rest of the milk.

Remove it from heat and gradually add the egg mixture over the hot milk mix continously.

Then place it again on flame and cook it for 3-4 mins. Until thickens.Then strain the custard.

And mix in mango essence and addhalf of the almonds as well.

Then pour it in a pyrax tray spread it evenly and garnish it with almonds

Chill it for 3-4 hours.And serve😊😊ENJOY 😆😆
