Steps

Mix the water and 1 cup of sugar in a pan and boil till all sugar is dissolved.

Keep syrup aside

Knead the panner in a platter till very smooth.

Make balls slightly smaller than the size of walnut and flattten in the centre.

When the balls are made, reheat the syrup to boiling,then slowly drop balls in syrup.

Cook for 10 minutes.turn off fire.

In other pan boil 1l of full cream milk with the 1/2 cup of sugar,till reduced/thicked to 75 percentage of it's volume.

Turn off the fire.

Add the syrup soaked balls to the milk mixture and chill for few hrs.

Serving them with graning with dried fruit.
