Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 3potato
  • 1/4red onion
  • 4sliced bread
  • 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard
  • 1/2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 2sliced prosciutto

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the eggs and cut potato in Boiled salt water. Cook for 7 minutes

    Red onion Cut into thin slice. And soak it in water.

    Put the boiled egg(cut into mince),mustard, a pinch salt and pepper, vegetable oil and mayonnaise in bowl and mix well.

    Pour oil in pan. Add boiled potato. Cook until crispy.

    Spread the mayonnaise each bread. and topping eggs, onions, prosciutto.
