In a mixing bowl take gram flour, add salt, sugar and turmeric powder and mix well.

Add water and prepare a smooth batter.

Rest the batter for about 10 minutes.

Grease the idli maker with some oil.

Preheat the pressure cooker with some water.

Just before pouring the batter into the idli plates add Eno and mix it gently.

Pour the batter into the idli plates and place it in cooker and cover it.

Steam cook the Dhokla for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.

Check the Dhokla and firmly take it out using a spoon and bring it to the room temperature.

For tempering: Now heat a pan with some oil, add mustard seeds and let it crackle.

Add green chilli slits.

Add some curry leaves.

Saute it for a minute and then add a cup of water.

Now add some salt and sugar and bring it to boil.

Also add some coriander leaves.

Now pour the tempered ingredients into the Dhokla and let it soak.

Add some lemon juice and garnish with some coriander leaves.
