Steps

Take 500 gms of Mango and chopped it. Then make fine puree of it. Then add all the puree in a Kadai.

Then add 150 gms of sugar, 1 tspoon lemon juice, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper. Mix it well.

Cook this on slow to medium flame for 15-20 mins. And mango puree become shiney.

Then grease a plate with ghee or butter and add all mango puree in it. Spread it all in plate like thin layer.

Then sprinkle little bit of black salt or chat masala. It's totally optional.

Then dry it under sun light or fan. For 1-2 days. After that cut it with square pieces or rolling it. So, here is our "Aampapad" is ready.🤗
