Classic Pani puri

In a large bowl take 1 cup rava and 2 tspn maida. Add 3 tspn oil and mix well. Now take 1/4 cup hot water and form the dough. Cover the dough and rest for 20 mins.

Now, pinch a very small sized ball dough and roll and flatten until it's thin. Deep fry in oil in medium flame and flip the puri once after it's puffs up.

Take a blender and put 1/4 cup mint, 1/2 cup coriander, 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli and a ball sized tamarind.Blend to smooth paste.Add water accordingly to make a paste.

For masala, take a bowl and add 3 mashed potatoes, 1/2 onions, 2 tspn coriander to it.Add 1/2 tspn cumin powder,1/4 tspn chaat masala,1/4 tspn pepper powder, 1/2 tspn chilli powder and 1/2 tspn salt.Mix everything well and stuffing is ready.

Pani puri receipt is ready to serve with bhoondi.
