Ingredients

  • ૧કપ દુધ
  • ૨કપ મીલ્ક પાવડર
  • ૪ ચમચી ઘી
  • ઘી તળવા માટે
  • ચાસની બનાવવા
  • ૩ કપ ખાંડ
  • ૩ કપ પાણી
  • ૭-૮ તાતદા કેસર
  • ઈલાયચી પાવડર

Steps

  1. 1

    કડાઈ માં દુધ મિલ્ક પાવડર, ખાંડ ને મિકસ કરો. ગેસ ચાલુ કરી ૧૫ મીનીટ સ્લો ફ્લેમ પર્ હાલાવતા રહો. કડાઈ મૂકે ત્યા સુંધી મિકસ કરો. તેને ઠંડુ થવા દો.

    ઠંડુ થાય પછી ૫ મિનિટ હાથ ની હથેળી થી સ્મૂથ થાય ત્યા સુંધી મિકસ કરો. પછી ગોળ ગોળ ગુલાબજાંબુ બનાવી લ્યો. તેને તળી લો.

    ખાંડ અને પાણી ઉમેરી ચાસની બનાવો. ખાંડ ઓગડી જાય એટલે કેસર, ઈલાયચી ઉમેરો.

    તડાયેલ ગુલાબજાંબુ ચાસની માં ઉમેરો. ૨ કલાક પછી સર્વે કરો.
