Carissa Karonda Pickle

Wash and cut carissa(karonda) into 2 part

Heat oil in a pan. As soon as oil become very hot of the flame.

Now add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, and asafetida.mix well.

As these started crackling, add cracked mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

Now add pickle masala and salt and jaggery. Mix well.
- 6
Now add carissa(karonda). Mix well. Our pickle is ready. Store it in a clean jar.
