Tip,

The yeast that was first obtained usually had to be mixed with sugar and lukewarm water.
The yeast we get now is dry active yeast.
We have to work with this dry yeast with a little bit of caution. If we use hot water or cold water, the yeast deteriorates and the dough doesn't rise.
I suggeste, If you are using dry active yeast, use normal (room temperature) water. Do not use even lukewarm water.

Ingredients

1 hour
  • 1kg, plain flour (maida)
  • 1tesp, salt
  • 1-1/2tbsp, sugar
  • 2tbsp, dry active yeast
  • 2tbsp, milk powder
  • 2tbsp, oil
  • Water, as required

Steps

    Take a large bowl, add plain flour (maida), salt, sugar, yeast and milk powder and mix gently.

    Now add water (room temperature).

    And make a soft dough. Leave it for 45 minutes for rising.

    Once, it rise, add oil and knead it again for a minute and your eggless pizza dough is ready.
