Crispy French Fries

Peel potatoes and cut them into fries shape. Wash them properly and let them dry.

Add cornflour to the potatoes and mix it well.

Set the oil temperature to 170°C

Fry for 3 Minutes and then take them out. If you want to freeze it, put them in the zip lock bag and freeze.

Otherwise, rest the potatoes for 5 minutes and then fry again until golden brown.

Serve them with different dips 😊
