Every one loves to eat pav bhaji isn't it?? But this is different, different as in it's made out of oats..I always love experimenting in kitchen and this turned out successful,it's a clone paav bhaji for health conscious souls I shud say.. Normally in paav bhaji potato is basic ingredient but here I have replaced potato with pre soaked oats and to balance the flavour of oats I have added pressure cooked moong daal.. Trust me it's never less then a paav bhaji, try this simple recipe with basic ingredients, you will not realise it's an oats and will definitely fall in love with it..
