Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 cupTsubu-an (Sweet Azuki Paste) *add more if you like
  • 1/2 cupThickened Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk Thickened Cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.

  2. 2

    Add Tsubu-an and mix well. *Tips: 1 to 2 tablespoons Condensed Milk can be added as well.

  3. 3

    Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until almost firm.
    *Note: If you want to make it lighter, see ‘Azuki Milk Ice’.
