Clean corn and grate it. 1kg corn will give one cup of grated corn.

Add flour and spices to the grated corn. Add salt and mix well. This will give you slightly watery batter depending upon the quality of the corn so use spoon while making pakoda.

Fry pakoda in hot oil until golden brown.This Pakoda will be crispy from outside and soft from inside. Serve hot with fried chillies and chutney of your choice.
