Choco lava cake

First grease all the bowl with butter and keep in freezer for 15 minutes

Take a large bowl add chilled water oil sugar lemon juice and vanilla essence mix well and keep aside

In another bowl add maida coco powder salt soda bicarbonate now preheat the steamer Now add the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients. Mix very well with a wired whisk. However, do not over do the mixing.

Now pour the batter in a greased bowl Then place chocolate squares in the batter. Gently press the chocolate squares, so that they get immersed in the batter. Place the bowl in pre heated steamer cover with lid and cook for 4 minutes only

Once done remove the bowl from steamer let the cake cool for 2 minutesTap the base of the bowl and let the lava cake slid through and fall on the plate. And now garnish with cherry coco powder and serve immediately
