Mix the dry ingredients first in a bowl.flour coco powder and baking powder and baking soda

Now take another bowl and add sugar oil and vanilla essence. Beat it until fluffy and creamy.

Now combine the dry and wet ingredients together. Mix gently by cut and fold method add milk required.

Prepare a cake tin and pour the batter. Tap twice and keep in the pre heated oven at 150 degrees first. When the cake rise increase the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown. Remove and keep it on the cooling rack.

Now melt the chocolate on a double boiler. Add fresh cream and one spoon butter. Mix well

Keep the on a platter and top up with the chocolate ganache. Put some fresh flowers on top to decorate the cake.
