Take 250 gms of boneless chicken, add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder (you can also use minced raw garlic) and marinate for 15 mins.

Coat the marinated chicken in dry batter, I.e corn flour, refined flour or maida and little salt to taste, mix it well. Coat it properly, coated chicken should be dry.

Take kadhai for frying, deep fry the chicken.

Now take one pan, heat it and add chilli sauce 4 tbsp, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, add 1 cup 1/2 cup water and stirr well.

Now add fried chicken in sauce and stir for 5 mins until dry.

Make white sauce, with cheese, maida, garlic and italian herbs and pour it on chicken it's a fabulous combination. Try this.
