Ingredients

50 minutes
4 - 5 servings
  1. Meat
  2. 200 GMinced Pok, Beef, Chicken or Tofu
  3. 2 TBSPSoy Sauce
  4. 2 TBSPSesame Oil
  5. 2 TSPSugar
  6. 1/2 TSPMinced Garlic
  7. Vegetables (A handful per serving depending on your personal liking)
  8. Spinach
  9. Bean Sprouts
  10. Shiitake Mushrooms
  11. Kelp
  12. Bell Pepper
  13. Carrots
  14. 1/2 TSPFine Salt
  15. Korean Seasoned Seaweed
  16. Some Cooking Oil
  17. Others
  18. Rice
  19. 4-5Eggs
  20. Sauce
  21. 4 TBSPGochujang Sauce
  22. 2 TBSPSesame Oil
  23. 2 TBSPSugar
  24. 2 TBSPWater
  25. 2 TBSPToasted Sesame Seeds
  26. 1 TBSPShaoxin Rice Wine
  27. 2 TSPApple Coder Vinegar
  28. 2 TSPMinced Garlic

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate Meat (Let it marinate while we prepare the rest)

  2. 2

    Cool rice or use leftover

  3. 3

    Put all your sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix it around evenly

  4. 4

    Cut all vegetables into strips

  5. 5

    Rehydrate kelp, Shiitake & cut into strips

  6. 6

    Stir fry all vegetables lightly and separately

  7. 7

    Cut seasoned seaweed into stripped

  8. 8

    Set them aside separately

  9. 9

    Stir fry marinated meat

  10. 10

    Scoop rice into a bowl

  11. 11

    Put cooker assortments & meat on top of the rice

  12. 12

    Fry an egg and put it on top of everything (Sunnyside up)

  13. 13

    Pour sauce on top of everything & viola!
