#WCD made this simple experiment thinking of my younger daughter as she loves having chocolate cakes and brownies. So thought to combine both the choco beauties in a single dish, having a slightly fluffy cake like interior and fudgy exterior and guess what...my kiddo really enjoyed it!

5eggs
2 cupcaster sugar
500 gramsemi dark chocolate
100 gramwhite chocolate
1 tbspchoco chip
1.5 cupflour
3/4 cupcocoa powder
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1 tspoil

Blend/beat eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, baking powder together

Add sifted flour in the egg mixture and mix well

Melt both the chocolates together in a double boiler. Then add the melted chocolate in the flour mixture and blend/mix it well. The batter will be semi thick.

Grease your desired mould with oil, pour the chocolate batter in it and add choco chips in it.

Preheat a deep bottomed utensil for about 5 minute, place a stand & the add the batter mould in it. Cover & cook it in low flame for about 40 minutes.

After that check whether it is cooked or not using a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean your Choco Chip fudgy cake is ready, if not,then keep it in the heat for 10 more minutes.Then unmould it, cut it as you desire. Top it with melted chocolate & choco chips.
