Avacado chocolate cake with avacado chocolate cream

Preheat oven to 160c.Grease the baking trays

Put the avacado pulp and sugar in a food processor and make it smooth.

Mix the flour..cocoa powder,bakingpowder,baking soda,milk, oil,vanilla and make a lump free mixture

Add 1/2tsp salt.Now add the avacado mixture and mix it to form a smooth mixture.

Pour it into a baking tray..or two separate trays and bake it till skewers comes clean.Around 30min.

Let it cool completely before frosting.

For frosting melt the chocolate completely with little butter (you can skip butter to make it healthier) And the pulped and sieved avocado puree to it.Adjust the consistency. Add required powdered sugar and whip it nicely.And adjust the consistency again.Put it in fridge before piping in the cake.

Once the cake is cooked..do the frosting in desired patterns.
