Asparagus with poached egg

Asparagus with poached or soft boiled egg is a popular dish in Izakaya (dining bar) in Japan, but so far here in Vancouver I haven't seen it🧐 Ok, then I cooked by myself as it is super easy.
The photo shows the simple one but sometimes I add shaved Parmigiano, crunchy bacon and some drops of soy sauce. (yes it's true that Japanese use soy sauce for everything;)

Aperitif plate: Surf shell Cebiche, Tuna & Kimchi, Cherry tomatoes, artichoke and olive salad, Head cheese (by shop)
Main : Potato meat gratin
Wine : Haywire Pink Bub (sparking rose)🍷❤️
