Firsty in a bowl add Flour, Yeast, Salt and Sugar. Mix well. Make a hole. And in the hole add Milk and Oil gradually. Knead it.

Add enough Water to make a nice Dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Tuc the dough in. Cover and leave for 1 and 1/2 hour in a Warm place.

Knead again. Rest again for 30 minutes.

For the Chicken Preparation, In a pan add Butter, Onion, and Flour. Mix well. Add Milk and Stir. Add Black pepper Powder and Salt. Add Shredded Chicken, Coriander Leaves, Shimla Mirch and Olives. And Mix.

For Assembling. Punch the Dough. Spread the Dough making a Square Shape. Add the Chicken filling in the middle.

Make cuts Around the side of the Dough. Now tie each of the Cuts together Slowly to make a braid.

Mix Egg and Milk together. Brush it on the top of the Bread's Dough. Sprinkle Seasame Seeds. Preheat oven for 10 minutes on 180°C. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°.

Chicken Bread is Ready. Serve it with Raita's, Ketchup or any sauces of your choice.
