Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked and cold sushi rice (we used brown)
  2. 1 bunchspring onions
  3. 1 handfulpeas
  4. 1 teaspooncooking oil
  5. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  6. 2cloves
  7. 1 dashTamari

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the spring onion and crush or finely chop the garlic.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan

  3. 3

    Add the garlic and cook for a minute on a high heat and add the whites of the spring onions, keeping the greens for garnish.. Add the rice and stir gently on a high hear until the rice is piping hot. Add the sesame oil and and a dash of Tamari. Sprinkle with the spring onion greens and you are ready to serve. This dish goes really well with a side of vegetables and a picked salad.
