Grate the courgettes. Put it aside.

Cook the bacon in a pan. Once cooked, remove and, in its oil, roast the chopped spring onion. Add the courgettes and cook for 10 min.

Put the courgettes and a pot and let it cool. Then add the pecorino,the breadcrumbs, the emmenthal and the drained mozzarella. Add the bacon and then the eggs. Mix well

Prepare a loaf tin by spreading butter on the sides. Add the mixture and add breadcrumbs on the top. Cook at 200°C for 25 min. Let it cool before serving
