Vegetable millet khichdi
Steps

Take washed millet in a vessel add 2cup of water and soak for 20 minutes.

Boil it along with water and little salt,cook till done.

Heat ghee in a kadhai,add cumin seeds and chopped vegetables.add salt and chilli powder.cook till tender.

Add boiled millet to the cooked vegetables.sprinkle little water over it.cover lid and cook a little more.add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Ready to serve hot with tomato chutney.
