  • 2 cupsflour
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 Tbssugar
  • 2 Tbsoil
  • Oil for frying

    Mix the dry ingredients, add oil and water to form thick dough

  2. 2

    Leave it to reast for 10min,divide it into 5 and shape it as desired

  3. 3

    Deep fry in hot oil and serve
