First, apply all the masalas to the Chicken and let it marinate It would better if you let it rest overnight. But there is no such problem if you fry it after a brief resting.

Deep fry the chicken pieces till nice and crispy. The oil should be hot but it should be medium high only. Otherwise, the chicken will not cook well inside out. So maintain a steady temperature. It is a must.

Keep changing sides and see to it that it's cooked well on both the sides. Serve with Ketchup alongside or your favourite dip.
