  • 1 Packet (1 Tsp)unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupevaporated milk, 1 Tsp cream
  • 1 cupmango puree

    Phele medium bowl mein gelatin aur boiled hot water ko whisker sai achi tarha mix krlein.

  2. 2

    Phir sugar and salt ko whisker sai mix krlein.

  3. 3

    Phir usmai cream dal kai mix krlein aur phir mango puree daal kai mix krlein jub take mixture smooth na hojae.

  4. 4

    Phir iskai plate mein ya bowls mein rakh dein aur cover krdein

  5. 5

    Phir 2 ghante kai liye chill krdein.

  6. 6

    Aur thandi thandi serve krein.
