Chicken is my fav.nd I also like arish with egg especially during breakfast or iftar.
Steps

Peel d arish a slice it.wash and set aside.

Heat peanut or vegetable oil on a medium heat put onion and fry for 2mins.add salt to d arish and fry untill golden brown.

Break ur eggs in a separate bowl add Ginger paste,seasoning, little salt and slice onion.add 2table spoon of oil to ur non stick frying pan heat d oil and pour ur egg mixture.when it down slowly turn it upside down to fry golden brown on both sides.

For d chicken cut it to ur desired shape wash and set aside.put salt,Maggi nd spice mix I used la flor sprinkle some cinnamon powder and yaji.slice some onion and cabbage and marinate for some hours.

Preheat ur oven and bake for some minutes depending on ur oven.when it's done serve with ur arish and egg
