Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoya bean chunks (soaked overnight)
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 cup(mint leaves and corianderleaves)
  • 1small stem of lemongrass
  • 1small piece of ginger
  • 8 clovesgarlic
  • 1boiled potato
  • 2 tbspgram flour/corn flour
  • 2 tbspmozzarella cheese
  • As required Oil
  • As required Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixer grinder grind the coriander, mint, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, green chillies and salt to paste without adding any water.

    Boil the overnight soaked soyabean chunks in water and squeeze out all the water from them and add them to the mixer and grind it.

    Add the grated cheese and boiled potato to it and mix it thoroughly to form a homogeneous mixture.

  4. 4

    Add gram flour or corn flour to bring everything together and shape them into tikkis and grill them in stove top adding little oil, one side at a time.

    Serve them as snack with ketchup or as appetizers for lunch.
