In a mixer grinder grind the coriander, mint, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, green chillies and salt to paste without adding any water.

Boil the overnight soaked soyabean chunks in water and squeeze out all the water from them and add them to the mixer and grind it.

Add the grated cheese and boiled potato to it and mix it thoroughly to form a homogeneous mixture.

Add gram flour or corn flour to bring everything together and shape them into tikkis and grill them in stove top adding little oil, one side at a time.

Serve them as snack with ketchup or as appetizers for lunch.
