Preheat your oven at 180°C and grease your baking tin.

In a bowl,put the butter and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Put your 3 bananas in the bowl with butter and mash with a fork completely.

Add vanilla extract,egg and mix with the fork till the yellow streaks of eggs are gone.Set aside

In a large bowl,sift flour,baking soda and cinnamon.Add sugar and salt in the mixture and whisk.

Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and fold in with mwiko or spatula.

Bake.Insert a toothpick or skewer till it comes out clean.

Cool in a wire rack and serve.Acts as a very good dessert.
