Ingredients

  • 1Butternut Pumpkin peeled and diced
  • 2medium Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1Onion peeled and diced
  • 4 cupsChicken Stock
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • to tasteCream

Steps

9 hours
  1. 1

    Add pumpkin, potato and onion to slow cooker

  2. 2

    Add chicken stock, salt, pepper and nutmeg

  3. 3

    Turn slow cooker on high for 6-8 hours

  4. 4

    Once cooked, blend with stick mixer or food processor until smooth

  5. 5

    Add cream and stir and serve with crusty bread croutons or rolls.
