1Butternut Pumpkin peeled and diced
2medium Potatoes peeled and diced
1Onion peeled and diced
4 cupsChicken Stock
Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper
to tasteCream

Add pumpkin, potato and onion to slow cooker
2

Add chicken stock, salt, pepper and nutmeg
3

Turn slow cooker on high for 6-8 hours

Once cooked, blend with stick mixer or food processor until smooth

Add cream and stir and serve with crusty bread croutons or rolls.
