Ingredients

50-60 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1/2refined oil
  • 1 tspgram flour
  • 2 TSPpour
  • 2-3ice cubes
  • 1/4 cupchilled milk
  • 2 cupchilled water
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 cupsugar for sugar syrup
  • 1/4 cupwater 1 cup rabri
  • as required Some dry fruits and dry rose leaves for garnishing
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

50-60 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, take ghee and rub with ice cubes,make a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Now add 1/2 refined flour and crumble well.

  3. 3

    Further,add 1/2 cup chilled milk and give a rough mix.

  4. 4

    Additional, add chilled water, lemon juice and make a smooth flowing consistent.

  5. 5

    Pour the 2 TSP of batter keeping a good distance from hot oil.

  6. 6

    The batter will splatter and later the froth subsides. Repeat 10-15 times.

  7. 7

    Pull the ghevar out once cooked and drain off the oil completely.

  8. 8

    Pour the sugar syrup our ghevar.

  9. 9

    Finally garnish the ghevar with rabri, dry fruits and dry rose leaves.

  10. 10

    Ghevar ready to serve.
