Ingredients

  1. 2 glassall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspyeast
  3. 3sp sugarg
  4. 1 glassbutter milk
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Oil for frying

Steps

30 mnts
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and obtain a slightly thick butter

  2. 2

    Cover the mixture and leave to rest for about one hour.

  3. 3

    After an hour your butter will b now risen

  4. 4

    Heat the oil over medium heat

  5. 5

    With your hands well cleaned, scoop a little of the butter using your four finger and press into the hot oil using your thumb.

  6. 6

    Cook till golden colour is obtained.

  7. 7

    Continue the process till all the butter is finish

  8. 8

    Serve while warm with drink of your favorite.

  9. 9

    Can also add topping like honey, or date syrup.
