Ingredients

45 minutes

4 servings

1small cabbage
1potato
1carrot
1cauliflower
As per taste Salt
1 bunchCoriander leaves
1/2 spoonhing
1/2 spoonchat madala
1/2 spoonturmeric powder
1 small bowl gram flour
1 small bowl rice flour
As required Oil for fry
1/2 spoonred chilli powder

Grate all the vegetables. Then add all the ingredients mentioned above.

Next mixed all ingredients with grated vegetables. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a pan put oil and give a shape of pokoda for vegetables mixture and fry in a medium flame. Serve hot with sauce.
