Mash the bananas, add sugar and mix them till sugar melts.

Add curd, salt, soda and mix it.

Mix Flour to it and knead the batter (The consistency of the batter should not be bhi hard. It should be such that it should not stick to your hand) and let it sit for 4 hours.

Make circular balls like roti and lightly dab Maida and roll them into a small circular shape. They should not be thin but thick (like Poori).

Deep Fry them on low flame.
