4 people

2 cupsbesan
3-4long chopped onions
1 pinchmeethi soda (baking soda)
As per taste Salt
1 spoonrice flour
1/2 spoonchaat masala
1green chilli
1 spoonkhaskhas
As required Oil for Frying
Handful Coriander finely chopped
1 tbsplemon juice

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients. Add water as per required to make sure it is not too thin or thick.

Keep it aside for 5 mins. Take a pan and heat the oil. Now make round shape and fry it till you get brown color.

Serve it hot with ketchup.
