Add ice and ghee to the mixer jar and mix well.

How long will you mix the ice and the ghee becomes a near cream form.

Pour flour and water into mixi jar. Flour and water have to be mixed in jar. Maida don't pour at once.

Then you have to add some flour, some water and some milk and blend well in the mixer for around 20 seconds.

This procedure has to be redone. Lemon juice to be added to this and run for few seconds 20-25 second then ghevar batter become ready.

Pour oil in a utensil (pot), half the pot is filled with oil and heat at high temperatures. When the oil is hot, add ghevar batter to it. The batter has to put inside the oil.

After putting the batter, you have to make a space in it and to put the batter. This procedure has to be re done. The ghevar is ready.
