In a big Kadai/ Pan put Oil when heating put 1tsp Jeera,add chopped Onions, fry till pinkish add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and cover the Kadai till, tomatoes mixture is cooked.

Now put eggs Mix and put all Spices including Salt and cashews paste, stir for few minutes and cover the Kadai for five minutes and then granish with coriander leaves, kasuri methi add garam masala powder and serve hot with chapati/Roti.

Lastly serve hot with chapati/Roti.
