Firstly,in a big Plate, put all boiled and sliced Vegs with little salt, pepper powder, chaat masala, little red chilli flakes and mix well.

Now take one side of bread, spread butter and chutney and put sliced Vegs and in other put sauce and make sandwich.

In a non-stick Tawa, roast both sides of bread and grate cheese (optional) and it's ready to serve.
